You make an appointment to have a personalized assessment.
This is an interview that lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours during which the
client's listening profile is assessed using various tools. The Counsellor then selects a listening program according to the client's profile and specific objectives.

Sessions generally take place in three to four cycles of 14 sessions of 40-80 minutes per day depending on the age of the client.
The number of sessions of acoustic intervention and their duration depends on the nature of the problem to be addressed.
Throughout the process, testing and counselling sessions take place at regular intervals to record and evaluate the progress made and the work that remains to be done.
